If they carried them in their pockets or bare hands, they could bring the contents of the bags in. Inside the venue, although the stated policy prohibits smoking and vaping, you did nothing to screen or stop people from bringing in cigarettes and dope and smoking and vaping during the show. Especially those of us forced to sit next to these inconsiderate people, this did affect the health and safety of all ticketholders.
